Terms & Conditions

  • If passenger(s) have a flight change or need to cancel the reservation, a call should be made to us at least 6 hours before pick up time. Otherwise full fare will be charged.

  • The $10 airport parking fee will be charged twice in case of a flight change that we are not informed of, as our driver will have to pay the DTW fee twice.

  • Full fare will be charged for no shows that did not cancel at least 6 hours before pick up time. This charge is nonrefundable.

  • Our company is authorized to use the credit card, which we hold for reservation purposes, for all of the above scenarios.

  • All discounts apply only for roundtrips.

  • 20% gratuity will be added to all pre-arranged bookings

  • Cancellation made prior to 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time is without penalty. A cancellation made within 6 hours is subject to a 100% fare charge. All reservations require separate cancellation. If any reservation change or cancellation is needed within the pickup times of 12:00am and 6:00am , please call before 11:30pm, the night before schedule pickup, in order to avoid charges. Our office hours are between 5:30am and 11:30pm, however we do provide 24 hours service, and we dispatch/ assign all reservations for next morning by 11:30pm.

  • A cancellation number is required for all valid cancellations.

  • Cancellation at or after scheduled time will be subject to full fare charge.

  • For prepaid cancelled reservations, a 7% charge of total reservation price will be made twice.

  • For pick ups more than 100 miles away, cash will not be accepted. Only credit cards will be used in these cases. Reservations may be made without signatures.

  • All deposits are subject to NON-refundable unless reservation is cancelled in a timely manner.

  • Please DON’T leave the baggage area before you call us in order to avoid the NO SHOW up charges. No show up charges at Metroeta is minimum $45.00 or full fare. No exception. (Other Airports & city are subject to full fare + other charges).

  • Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

  • All cancellations are required 6 hours prior notice before schedule pick up time, other wise will be charge or bill full accordingly.

  • Not responsible for any loss because of service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown, or doesn’t provide any loss claim insurance for service interruption, customer has to buy there own trip interruption insurance. . No claim against company or its employee may be brought in this connection.

  • Not responsible for delays or the termination by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.)

  • A 20% tip will be added to the base fare for all reservations.

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the use by them or any members of their party. A fee of $700.00 and upto the actual cost, for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $225.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver.

  • Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of pre-arranged time described on the run sheet.

  • Balances are required to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the trip.

  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating and luggage capacity.

  • Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

  • Metroeta is not responsible for any damage cause by any Sub-contractor.

  • Corporate discount is given on round trips only.

  • One discount will apply at one time.

  • Same terms and conditions apply to all phone reservations and online reservations.

  • For any prepaid reservation, over the phone or online, 20% gratuity will be added.

  • We are not liable for the consequences of delayed or missed pickup/dropoff due to bad weather and other conditions beyond our control.

  • By accepting these terms and conditions, you are authorizing Metroeta to contact you in future.

Use of Metroeta website and the reservations/bookings through this on-line reservation system provided are subject to the following “Terms & Conditions” described as: Chauffeured Service may only be requested online if the pickup time is no less than 24 hours from the time of the request. An online request may be denied if made less than 24 hours, due to unavailability or invalid data entered by the customer, including, but not limited to, invalid credit card numbers, incomplete pickup information, and unserviceable requests. Metroeta’s reservations department verifies the requested service details with the customers upon receiving the service request for accuracy purposes but it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that his or her request has been confirmed or denied. Once a request has been confirmed, all of these Terms and Conditions apply.

You agree not to use the Website to:

  • Transmit any material that infringes or misappropriates any third party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other proprietary rights.

  • Transmit any material that is false, inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading.

  • Distribute computer viruses, worms, or software intended to damage or alter a computer system without the owner’s consent.

  • Use “auto-responders,” “cancel-bots,” or other similar mechanisms that generate excessive network traffic.

  • Transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, vulgar, threatening, harassing or otherwise objectionable material.

  • Send or relay any unsolicited advertising or chain letters.

  • Exceed your permitted access or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Web Site or any part thereof, or other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Web Site, through login password mining or any other means.

  • Resell use of, or access to, the Web Site or the Services to any third party without Metroeta’s prior written consent. Metroeta reserves the right to terminate your access to the Web Site or Services at any time without notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, which you have abused or violated any of these terms and conditions.

By submitting the secure reservation form online at https://www.metroeta.com/ you agree that you are the authorized if an individual is using the website online on behalf of a business entity, whether as an employee or an agent bind such business entity to the terms and conditions, you are an individual reserving/booking services for personal or business purpose is the authorized credit card holder providing information on the website authorizing Metroeta to charge the credit card for the requested services and any other necessary charges associated with the individual and the requested services.


For all individual/personal accounts, services will be billed to the customer’s credit card. Established corporate accounts will be charged as per the agreed upon contract. Any additional gratuity paid to the chauffeur is at the customer’s discretion and will be in addition to the standard 20% service fee.


The bill will also include all out of pocket expenses such as any tolls, parking fees, any service or administrative fee, after midnight surcharge ($10-$50 depending on vehicle type applied between 1AM -5AM), cell phone usage($2.50/minute), fuel surcharge and any applicable airport charges etc. Certain out of state trips may require an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver.


Rates are always charged in USD and are subject to change without prior notice but are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.


Since Metroeta is a part of Paris Limousine Service Inc. the charges on your credit card statement will appear under the name of “Paris / Metroeta”

Hourly Rates

Customers will be billed from the time the chauffeur leaves the Metroeta’s operation facility and returns, with the minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way. And there would be minimum pro-rata basis charge of 2-4 hours minimum depending upon the type of vehicles. Invoice will be rounded to next quarter-hour. Also, 7% of administrative cost will be added to the bill.

Airport Transfers

Billing time starts from adjusted time of arrival. In case where chauffeur reaches the site before change in schedule takes place, customers will be billed for the wait time. Pickups from home to the airport, Private aviations, train stations and ocean liners will receive 15 minutes grace period from the pickup time. Any wait over 15 minutes will be charged for on next rounded quarter-hour. Commercial airline arrivals will receive 30 min. for domestic and international flights. Any stops requested on route by the passenger during a point-to-point reservation will be charged at $20.00 per fifteen minutes. Any off route stops requested by the passenger will effect to change the point-to-point transfer to an hourly rate charge.

Cancellations / Modifications / No shows

Any change or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the schedule pickup time will be charged fully. Cancellation or change in theater bookings i.e. tickets may also be charged fully. Any change or cancellation in mini-buses/motor coaches or group transport less than forty eight hour notice will be charged fully. If a customer fails to show up on site and on schedule, they would be charged a no show fee equal to the cost of the trip plus any wait time. Customers are advised to call the office toll-free US 18002369181 if they don’t find their chauffeur at the pickup location to avoid any applicable no show charges.


Metroeta shall not be responsible for any conditions beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns, strikes, riots, hazards or dangers caused by a state of war, quarantine, assumes no responsibility for any lost or damaged baggage, personal possessions or any items left in the vehicle.
